Quality
Synateq has developed a Quality Methodology based on our extensive collective experience in
Project Management, Solution Design, Development and Implementation as well as
from experience with other Methodologies.
The purpose of the methodology is to ensure that the appropriate level of project
governance is applied to ensure that we deliver quality business solutions
within budget and time constraints, while minimising risk for our clients and
ourselves.
While Synateq has standard templates for the deliverable documentation for each phase
of the project, the Methodology is flexible to allow for client documentation
and coding standards. The deliverables and documentation templates are agreed
during the initial Project Definition Phase.
Warranty
For custom devlopment projects where the Methodology is used in full, Synateq provides a lifetime Warranty on
software defects at no additional cost. The Warranty is only voided when software changes are
made by the Client, or by other parties acting on behalf of the Client.
